My company began in 1991 with weekend rendezvous caramels and has expanded into a wide variety of sauces, toffee, dark chocolate fudge, milk chocolate fudge, white chocolate fudge and a real specialty, chocolate covered potato chips. If you can image the flavor, I may be able to create it!
My candy and sauces start with a heavy kettle. I use Crystal sugar, creamery butter, milk and corn syrup. I boil the candy, stirring it constantly, until it's perfect consistency - creamy and smooth. My sauces are lovingly poured into jars and sealed with a kiss. They keep best refrigerated.
When the fudge ingredients have been cooked to the precise temperature, I stir in the chocolate and then let the fudge rest until it's cooled. After it's cooled just right, I beat it and add any other ingredients to make it the most delectible! My fudge will store in the freezer for up to 6 months... but who would want to put off eating it for that long!
The butter toffee is an old family recipe that I cook up very crisp, thin and load with butter. And, don't miss my Butter Toffee Crunch Topping.
Butter Toffee: Plain or dipped in dark chocolate and covered with mixed nuts.
Butter Toffee Crunch: Butter Toffee chopped coarse with toasted almonds.
Rocky Road: Available in dark chocolate, milk chocolate and white chocolate. With marshmallows and nuts.
Oreo Cookie: Fudge with oreo cookies stirred in and sandwiched with a layer of white creamy fudge in the middle.
Junior Mint: Dark chocolate, white chocolate and junior mints.
WOW!: Marshmallows and nuts stirred into a milk chocolate fudge which is then layered and topped with m & m's and homemade caramel!
Raspberry Cheesecake: Raspberry flavored white fudge with cream cheese and real raspberries.
Neopolitan: White Chocolate, Chocolate Cherry, and Vanilla Fudge
Sauces: Butter Rum contains liqueur.
